Originally designed while Ben was a Director at his previous Practice this new house was the enabler for a specialist home to be built on the adjacent plot. With an EPC rating of ‘A’ (with almost a full score) the simple construction detailing has made this a sustainable low energy property all contained  in a colour way of just three materials.
